DCU-Camping Rågeleje Strand

DCU-Camping Rågeleje Strand is located a few hundred meters from the beach, where there are lifeguards during summer.

A peaceful and child-friendly family place for nature lovers, located by a forest, beach and the protected Heatherhills.

The site is a few minutes walk from the Kattegat, which also invites you to coastal fishing with good fishing opportunities. Centrally located for excursions in North Sealand and with good connections to Copenhagen. For nature lovers, there are plenty of opportunities for jogging and cycling.

Joint activities for young and old

There is fun for both young and old. On the large terrace, you can participate in joint activities throughout the season. There is a barbecue for free and a petanque court. For the children, there is a playground, cable car, ball field and bouncy cushions, as well as outdoor table tennis. For the four-legged, there is a fenced dog playground on the campsite. The campsite also offers a new kiosk where you can buy, among other things, slush ice and old-fashioned ice cream cones.

Experience Tisvilde and take a walk in the fence.

Cycle or drive to the neighbouring town of Tisvildeleje, which is buzzing with life all summer. Here you can have a chance from another delicious beach and get ice cream. Tisvilde Hegn, with its crooked trees and secret places, is also beautiful all year round for a walk.

Beach towns and castles

Less than half an hour's drive away, you can go on an excursion to the cosy North Sealand seaside towns such as Hundested, Liseleje, Gilleleje and Hornbæk. You can also visit the larger cities and castles such as Kronborg in Helsingør, Frederiksborg Castle in Hillerød and not least, Fredensborg Castle.
