Why Meet in Aarhus?
Its almost self-evident: The old university city of Aarhus has the pulse-beat of a big city, yet with everything within easy reach. Its student culture, entertainment life, shopping areas, attractions and sights, and its exciting food scene makes it the vibrant and progressive, yet intimate city it is today.

Aarhus boasts a wide selection of professional conference facilities and high-quality hotels as well as top sights and attractions such as the world's 1st open-air museum of living history Den Gamle By (The Old Town), the impressive concert hall Musikhuset, the museum of modern art “ARoS”, the Steno Museum Planetarium

These and many more belong to the wide range of Aarhusian venues that can be booked for all sorts of business events and offer business clients that special local flavour or “twist”, that could make an event truly special - as advocated by the innovative Danish meeting concept Meetovation as well!

Aarhus also equals easy accessibility; frequent international train services, motorway links, national and Scandinavian ferry lines, and two international airports (Aarhus Airport and Billund Airport) all make for a first-rate infrastructure. Its large university community and innovative R&D environment as well as its dynamic business sector also leave a distinctive mark on the city and have proved highly beneficial to the vast number of international conferences and congresses already held in the city.
