By visiting Denmark, delegations will have the opportunity to visit and experience Danish cleantech and climate solutions that can help solve the world’s climate and energy problems.

That is the scope of the Danish concept “ EnergyTours” which offers delegations from around the world the possibility to take advantage of the lessons already learned by Danish companies and institutions on how to combat climate change. The idea is to enable foreign visitors to strengthen their own market position and/or find solutions to the challenges of their industry and society, while at the same time taking care of the environment. Energy Tours’ foremost task is therefore to make a visit to Denmark a worthy investment in one’s own business' future and the world’s climate.

EnergyTours and the Climate Consortium Denmark
EnergyTours is part of Climate Consortium Denmark and represents key players in the Danish energy and cleantech sectors, including Danish energy and cleantech companies as well as Danish embassies around the world. The national tourism organization of Denmark, VisitDenmark is also involved in the initiative by setting up a network of professional tour operators, hotels, demonstration facilities etc. with whom Climate Consortium Denmark collaborates to help organize and make the most of a potential visit to Denmark. Henceforth, EnergyTours will ensure that a visit to Denmark is worthwhile by helping delegations define and arrange a potential visit itinerary from A to Z, ensuring the overall quality of meetings held with companies and politicians, taking care of all the logistics during a visit, and combining a delegations participation in an energy conference, an event with relevant business, site visits, etc.
