Chef's meeting at Sønderho Kro

We have invited the chef talents Boris Kløft from Kong Hans Kælder and Jeppe Hillebrecht from Restaurant Alf to Sønderho to create an exclusive dining experience in collaboration with our assistant head chef Rasmus Malling.

Boris Kløft graduated from Formula B, he was on the team when Brian Mark Hansen won the Bocuse d'Or in 2022, and in 2023 he himself won Chef of the Year.
Today he is Chef De Partie at the 2-star Michelin restaurant Kong Hans Kælder in Copenhagen.

Boris grew up with our talented Floor & Event Manager, Emma Arnoldi, who made this evening possible.
Emma welcomes you and takes care of you throughout the dinner.

Jeppe Hillebrecht has been in the kitchen at Geist, Esmee and Goldfinch and now works at the newly opened Restaurant Alf in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen.
Jeppe went to cooking school with Boris and they were both in the final for "Cooking talent of the year" 2023.

Rasmus Malling manages the inn's kitchen on a daily basis and he has been at Sønderho Kro since 2022.
He has a fondness for fermentation and is skilled in flavors and compositions.
We are proud that he creates the menus, experiments, maintains high quality and always contributes with good energy.

All 3 chefs are young, energetic and skilled.
The evening starts at 18:00 and there will be 12 servings.

The price includes a glass of Champagne and 5 wine menu glasses.

This evening we play to full blasts and we are looking forward to it.
