On Fanoe there are many caches. With Nicole Kühn's help, we have made a special geocaching route.
Most people think there are no high mountains on Fanoe. Actually they are right, but none the less the view from the mountains on Fanoe is breathtaking.
" The Big 5 " is a geocaching route that takes you to the five highest mountains on Fanoe. From Kikkebjerg in the north via the mountain range in Fanø Klitplantage countinh Klingebjerg, Annedalsbjerg and Pælebjerg down to Mosedalsbjerg in the south.
When you have found all five caches and collected letters you will find a "bonus cache".
For all who find this "bonus cache" there is a diploma to be collected at VisitFanø.
It is a treasure hunt for big and small and it takes you to some of Fanoe's nature gems that are not wo well known.
