Hindsgavl Slot has 16 meeting rooms, including 7 conference rooms and 9 group rooms. The barn can accommodate up to 650 persons, all can follow the 30m2 big screen. All major meeting- and conference rooms are flexible in relation to set-up, the acoustic sound is controlled and the technique is always in place. Available in all rooms are: Canvas, SXGA Projector, White Board, Flip chart, wireless microphone systems, electronic overhead, PC available, laser pointer, DVD and video player (can play all formats). The meeting can be recorded in audio and video in the barn, and in audio in our second largest room for 150 people.
Hindsgavl Slot has two restaurants; Restaurant Den Hvide Dame (The White Lady) and Restaurant Louise. The White Lady is an a la carte restaurant, which has developed its own original cuisine profile. Enjoy a culinary experience of excellence. Our expert chefs prepare the dishes with respect for good, fresh ingredients, seasonal opportunities - and they arrange and serve the delicious result with pride and joy. Restaurant Louise makes up one part of the barn and is used primarily for special events, groups, themes and big companies up to 650 persons.
Hindsgavl Slot has 120 rooms in total, all in category 4 stars. Most of the rooms have been renovated in classic romantic manor style in the castle's wings, while the remaining 50 rooms are newly built rooms in our old barn, pigsty and staff house, where the style is more modern and rustic. There is free wireless internet throughout the castle and stables, and all rooms have their private TV and separate shower and toilet.
