There is always fresh baked bread at Pompei Bakery in Ribe, and with us all bread is baked in a stone oven, which makes the crust extra crispy and you get a juicy crumb.
We have every day a large selection of freshly baked rolls from at 6.30. We also have a large selection of Special Bread and Rough Cuts, several of which have won gold, silver or bronze at DM in bread.
All our breads are made with sourdough, raised in the fridge for 24 hours and of course baked in stone oven.
