The White House bed and breakfast

Our beautiful thatched house is from 1779. It is one of the oldest and most well-kept and well-known houses in the area.

A house where you feel the buzz of history and at the same time have modern facilities such as free wifi. The two rooms we rent are located on the 1st floor of our house.

"Sunrise Room" has been lovingly restored in 2019 and has windows to both east and south and open to kip. At the beautiful oak desk, you can enjoy the view of the garden and the sea in the distance. The double bed is 160 cm and can also be folded into a sofa during the day. We have bought a sofa bed of the best quality and it is wonderful to lie on!

In the "Sunset Room," you have your own balcony, from which you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and watch the sunset and the view to the garden and to the sea in the distance. The double bed is 180 cm wide.

Both rooms cost the same and are beautiful, bright and spacious, have desks and shelves to unpack. In both rooms, there is space for an extra bed on the mattress on the floor for an extra guest, if you so wish and can live with the fact that it is a little tight. It costs DKK 100 per. extra guest. We also have a travel cot in case you bring a small child.

If both rooms are rented out, you will share a bathroom and a small new kitchen, which we built-in 2019. There is tableware, refrigerator, coffee machine, hob and more. available. You are welcome to have breakfast up there on the landing or in the front garden by the road, where there is beautiful morning sun and where you can enjoy life and greet the locals and tourists as they pass by on the way to the harbour and the beach.

We have made a "children's corner" upstairs with lots of toys, just as we have a lot of board games and fiction and non-fiction you can use while you live with us. We also have a large selection of tourist brochures and maps.

We have some older but reasonably well-functioning bikes that you can borrow if you like. The nature around here is wonderful and we would very much like to give you tips and ideas for hiking and biking in the area.

Please note that we are not a large professional, bed and breakfast, but a small outgoing family with two rooms for rent. Our family consists of Kristine from Copenhagen, Michele from Italy and little Noa born in April 2018. It is important to us that you who stay with us like children and agree that a small child lives in the house here.

We love to travel and meet new people and we feel like it and mostly also time to chat if you should feel like it. But you can also use our place as a quiet refuge if that's what you need.
