A lovely green oasis on Southbornholm

Welcome to Rosengaarden

Rosengaarden (the rose farm) is a small oasis on Southbornholm. The family operated hostel is situated approx. 1 km from the white beach at Boderne on peaceful Southbornholm. We have a big green garden with room for both children and adults and we do our best to make everybody feel welcome.

Rooms and facilities

Most of the rooms have their own bath and toilet and their own terrasse. There is free WiFi in all rooms and in the common areas.

Dogs at Rosengaarden

We like animals at Rosengaarden, and therefore you can bring your dog on your vacation.

The rooms where dogs are allowed have their own bath and toilet as well as own terrasse, and the price includes up to 4 persons in the room.

The garden

In our 10.000 m2 large garden we have both tabletennis, trampolines, mega chess, football goals, dart as well as chickens and rabbits.

Food

Breakfast

You can order breakfast upon arrival. DKK 75 for adults and DKK 50 for children under 12. The breakfast consists of a buffet with coffee and tea, juice, oatmeal and the like, milk and yoghurt, rye bread, cheese, meat, fruits etc. We offer glutenfree bread as well as a lactose free milk if we are told in advance.

Summercafe

During July our summer cafe is open from 11.00-16.30. They serve lunch plates, ice cream as well as cold and warm drinks. From 18.00 they serve the dish of the day for DKK 100. In the shoulder seasons we also serve food for guests who arrive on foot or by bicycle.

Guest kitchen

Our guest kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove and kitchen utensils – all for the use of our vacation guests (not valid for groups). In the kitchen you also find iron and board. If the weather is nice you can also borrow a grill.
