Book Festival 2026

BOOK FESTIVAL 2026 is a three-day literary festival where books and authors take centre stage. The programme features book talks, readings, shared dining and cultural activities.

The festival presents a wide range of authors, including both debut writers and established names. Participants include Iben Albinus, Morten Pape, Martin Wittrup Enggaard, Rikke Viemose, Rasmus Daugbjerg, Ursula Andkjær Olsen, Charlotte Weitze, Andrea Hejlskov, Alen Meskovic and Christian Groes.

Friday opens with a welcome and the first talks, followed by dinner and an evening programme. Saturday includes morning singing, a museum visit and a full day of author talks, ending with dinner and the concert lecture Stemmer i Voks. Sunday continues with talks and concludes with a closing session.

The festival is aimed at anyone with an interest in literature and offers experiences across genres. Throughout the weekend there are opportunities for book signings, conversations and shared literary experiences.
