Easter fun and egg hunt at Hjerl Hede Open-Air Museum

Easter at Hjerl Hede offers calm spring days in historic surroundings, where the whole family can explore both history and nature.

Every day, children and adults can visit the Easter lambs and join the egg hunt around the historic houses. You can also take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage or graft an apple tree.

We also sell surplus seeds* from Hjerl Hede, harvested from the plants you can see in the museum’s historic gardens.

Please note that there will be no living history demonstrations during Easter. The bakery and general store will be closed.
