Along the way, you will pass through some of North Zealand’s most beautiful nature and several historically significant sites that tell the story of royal power and the importance of water power.

The route starts and ends at Arsenalet, an exhibition venue in Frederiksværk that tells the story of the town as Denmark’s first industrial city. Free parking is available directly opposite the Arsenal.

This walk follows the Green Path, which is 5 km long. Along the way, there will also be an opportunity to visit the exhibition Frederiksværk – Denmark’s First Industrial City at Arsenalet, where you can delve deeper into the town’s history.
