Lillefjordruten is a marked and scenic hiking route, 4.2 kilometers long, located in Mariager. This easily accessible trail is suitable for hikers of all levels, from beginners to more experienced walkers.

The route starts and ends at the idyllic Kongsdal Lystbådehavn. Along the way, you'll pass through a wealth of beautiful nature, with the chance to experience some of the most stunning landscapes around Denmark's most beautiful fjord, Mariager Fjord.

Lillefjordruten takes you through a varied landscape of open fields, fruit orchards, and forested areas. Along the route, you’ll find a cozy shelter spot as well as a viewpoint where you can enjoy the panoramic view. You’ll also pass a small pond and a fruit orchard on the way.

Part of the route runs through open fields and around a fruit orchard, where the path is a beaten track, so you may encounter nettles and tall grass.
