LykkeCup brings together more than 900 children and young people for a day centred around handball, community, and shared joy. In Jyske Bank Boxen, LykkeLiga teams from all over Denmark – as well as the Faroe Islands and Greenland – gather to celebrate the season finale. It’s a day where small local communities join into one big family, and every player gets the chance to show what they have learned throughout the year, supported by cheering family members and fans in the stands.

In collaboration with Normal, Herning Municipality and several dedicated partners, a warm and welcoming setting is created for everyone involved. The day offers team entrances, presentations, hundreds of matches, confetti, medals and a wide range of activities designed especially for the LykkeLiga stars and their families. Here, the children get to feel like real handball stars on their own terms – with no limitations and with focus on togetherness, joy and well-being.

LykkeLiga is a nationwide handball community for children and young people with developmental disabilities. It celebrates diversity, individuality and the joy of being part of an inclusive community. With an optimistic approach, LykkeLiga works to build strong relationships and create meaningful experiences.

At LykkeCup you can buy sandwiches, fast food, beverages, slush ice, snacks, coffee and tea. Payment by card is accepted. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.
