Sauna Tribe in Kværndrup

Sauna Tribe is located in Kværndrup between Svendborg and Ringe and functions as a sauna community rooted in nature, the elements and human connection. Although it is not situated by the water, cold plunges are still an integral part of the sauna experience.

The large sauna is wood-fired and hosts a wide range of sauna infusion sessions. Four sauna masters each contribute their own style, ranging from classic sauna infusions to more atmospheric and ritual-based sessions.

The programme may include full-moon drum infusions, Nordic herbal rituals and themed sessions, including events aimed at specific groups. Sauna Tribe welcomes everyone and focuses on creating an inclusive and respectful environment.
