Taste of the March

Smag på Marsken (Taste the Marsch) wants to be the natural gathering place for all kinds of people with a focus on food from the marsh. We want to promote and tell the story of the marsh's sustainable food and its local quality. The annual event offers sustainable food from the marsh. We believe that the marshland has an undiscovered potential of products and experiences within good and healthy food that will give everyone who experiences it a real impression of the taste of the marsh as something special. Smag på Marsken believes that food is more than just food. Food is food, environment, history, culture and location, and so food is something we believe brings people together.
