105 Bar & Køkken

105 Bar & Køkken is an informal dining bar in Svendborg serving small, flavourful dishes inspired by the Spanish tapas tradition. The kitchen focuses on fresh ingredients and many of the dishes are well suited for sharing at the table.

The menu changes regularly and is not published in advance, allowing room for spontaneity and creativity in the kitchen. There is always a selection of vegetables, fish and meat, and guests can choose between à la carte dishes or a tasting menu.

Behind the restaurant is “Baglokalet 105”, a restored former bread factory that now hosts events such as small concerts, communal dinners, wine tastings and other gatherings. Every Friday, changing music hosts provide a relaxed soundtrack for the evening, continuing from dinner to cocktails.
