Under the old birch trees you will find Birke Ro saunagus. In this old Birkelund, there is a small sauna oasis. Here nature and well-being meet in one, and you can lean back in the cold and in the heat and immerse yourself.

Birke Ro saunagus offers various saunagus events. The place is owned and built by Christina and Allan, who from the start wanted to create a place in nature where people can meet in an informal community, with the love of nature, the heat and the cold. In Birke Ro you will be guided in the cold ice baths, and inside the wood-fired sauna with a panorama into the forest, you will be guided through some lovely warm sessions with music, scent and well-being.
