The child-friendly beach is located next to the Traktørstedet Bøgeskov near Bøgeskov Marina.
It is a mixed sand and pebble beach, but with a bathing jetty, which means that you can swim without having to cross the seaweed and the stone belt at the beach edge.

The beach is shallow in the water and therefore very child-friendly, but for the same reason you cannot jump into the water from the bridge.
