Brasserie Underhuset
Brasserie Underhuset is a lovely sidewalk restaurant from 1966 located in the heart of the beautiful city of Silkeborg, right in the middle of the town square.

For over 50 years, the restaurant has been a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs. The open kitchen is located next to the dining room, and guests can watch the preparation of the lunch and dinner specialties on the menu. The restaurant has a large wine cellar with exciting wines from all over the world.
The whole establishment can accommodate 150 people in the Upper House and Lower House. It is possible to rent the whole building for a great party in beautiful surroundings with personalized service, in the spirit of the house and with a permanent exhibition of Jorn.
