Bromølle Kro – Country Inn Stay by the Åmose River
Spend the night in Denmark's oldest inn.

Denmark's oldest inn.
Our history can be traced back to 1198, when Bishop Absalon owned the inn.
The inn lies idyllically surrounded by forest. Our cosy restaurant has a lovely terrace, from where you can watch the Åmose stream ripple past below.
We move with the times, but we also hold on to our traditions, because we must never forget our identity and our loyal regulars. We should do what we do best.
Here, classics such as pariserbøf and plankebøf go hand in hand with modern Danish cuisine.
Behind the inn we keep our own beehives, which produce our wonderfully good honey.
The inn is surrounded by local producers, so there are plenty of opportunities to buy regional products to take home with you.
The 30 rooms lie peacefully behind the inn and all have terraces, from where you can enjoy the changing seasons.
The wild animals of the forest regularly come out to graze on the meadow behind the rooms.
All rooms are cosily and individually furnished in warm colours and materials.
The inn is centrally located on Zealand, approx. 30 km from Kalundborg, Holbæk, Slagelse and Sorø, so there is plenty to see and do nearby.
The inn is also well known for our private functions, concerts and courses.
