Fårup Sommerland – water park

When the swimwear comes out, the Aquapark is one of those places where you quickly lose track of time (in the best way). You’ll find high-speed water slides, calmer areas for the youngest guests, and a wave pool where you can play “North Sea” — without getting salt water in your eyes.

Even more water fun

In 2024, the Aquapark was expanded with two new large water slides, an updated area for the family’s youngest water lovers, and new changing facilities.

Two new rides with extra “wow”

Stormfloden is for those who want to ride in a tube where it’s fast and nicely twisty along the way. It’s around 21 metres high and 195 metres long.

Flodraketten is for anyone who loves a bit of competition: two lanes side by side, so you can race each other. It starts from around 18 metres and is about 172 metres long.

And beyond the new additions, you’ll also find the classic favourites:

• The Wave Pool – large and heated, with waves in different sizes

• Surf Hill – a long ride (about 120 metres) where you can race each other

• The Water Snake – a family tube ride with ups and downs along the way

• The Water Cannon – an outdoor slide with a free fall and a double loop

For the youngest water lovers

Little ones have their own area with child-friendly slides and water play — including Tangloppen, Havtasken, Ålen, and Mini Wild River (the area was updated in 2024).
