Issehoved

The very northern tip of Samsø is formed like the tip of Denmark in Skagen. The nature around the tip is still changing due to the prevailing winds and waves. In clear weather, you can see Aarhus, Mols, Helgenæs with Ellemandsbjerget and the light tower of Sletterhage (approx.12 km). Further east, you can see the ferry port in Ebeltoft and the island of Hjelm. You get to the northern tip along a narrow road from Nordby or along the marked trails in the hills, for example from Langdalen.
