Medieval Town Hall
The Medieval Town Hall is a remarkable historic building and the only preserved town hall from the Middle Ages in Denmark. The building was also once used as a prison.

This building is quite unique, as you will not find another town hall anywhere in Denmark which has survived since the Middle Ages. It was built around 1450 and, by Danish standards of the time, was very impressive. Another storey was added around 1500. The building was also used as a jail.
Today it is housing the Sct. Peter parish community centre.
