Today, at the address Korsgade 3, you will find the Cheese Specialist, which was founded by Nina Andersen back in 1982. In 2003, Anne Lasthein took over the store. Anne originally trained as a wine merchant at H. J. Hansen Vin og Delikatesser in Odense. The store continues to operate in the same spirit today, placing great emphasis on good quality and close customer contact.
