Permelille [Pærmelil]

In the centre of the village, you will see the village pond where you can enjoy your lunch in peace and quiet on the benches around it. In earlier times, the village pond was not that quiet a place: people came here to wash their clothes; cattle and horses were led here to drink water; and when there was a fire, people would get the water to extinguish it here.

Nowadays, only about 40 people live in the village, but there are still some shops and artists here.
