Rabarbergaarden is an organic farm project. With its location in the town of Holløse, midway between Tisvilde and Vejby, and midway between forest, field and beach, the farm has the best opportunities to grow Danish and Nordic ingredients.

On the farm, they grow vegetables for sale in our farm shop as well as to selected restaurants and food manufacturers.

During the high season from June to August, there is always potatoes, lettuce, carrots, radishes, herbs and all that is good for the summer table.

In the post-season from September to October is the sale of cabbage and root vegetables. On the farm, there are also animals. There are sheep, chickens, horses, dogs and cats all of which can be patted.
