Since 1897 Restaurant Grand has been a meeting place for the city's citizens. The elegant surroundings of the First Hotel Grand restaurant exude stories of good times and splendid parties. Today Restaurant Grand is run with respect and care for the hotel's history and the restaurant serves an evening menu inspired by the hotel's extensive archives.
The evening meal consists of the seasonal archive menu with 6 servings in addition to a number of the restaurant's classic dishes. Try for example flamed pepper steaks in cognac with crepes Suzette for dessert. For lunch, try our five specially selected pieces of smørrebrød reinterpreted in a beautiful and classic tasting lunch experience. Alternatively, enjoy our Danish classic of the season or a tasteful dish made from seasonal ingredients.
