The Rock Stone
On Bornholm you will find three rock stones. The stone in Paradisbakkerne is the largest of its kind on Bornholm.
In Paradisbakkerne you will find Bornholm's largest rock stone. Follow the path towards the Rock Stone. The path turns right when you reach the beech forest and in front of you is now the largest rock stone on Bornholm. The stone weighs approx. 35 tons and can rock if you rock in the right place! The Rock Stone is a floating block that the ice sheet has transported to this very spot in Paradisbakkerne and the location of the Rock Stone means that it can rock. The Rock Stone measures approx. 4 x 3 x 2 meters.
Parking
Park either in the parking lot at Lisegård, at Lisegårdsvejen 2, 3730 Nexø, or drive to the parking lot on Oksemyrevejen, which turns off the main road between Nexø and Ibsker.
