The Julekalender
December 2, 2026, experience the Danish cult classic The Julekalender live at MCH Herning Kongrescenter. Enjoy a warm and nostalgic reunion with the familiar characters, classic lines, humour, music and plenty of Christmas atmosphere.
The Julekalender takes to the stage at MCH Herning Kongrescenter in a theatre version of the popular Danish TV Christmas calendar. Meet Frits, Hansi and Gūnther again as they battle the evil Nåsåer while the search for the missing key to the music box continues.
Gordon Kennedy, Niels Olsen and Christian Damsgaard take to the stage as characters including Oluf Sand, Benny and the three Christmas elves. The script and music are by De Nattergale, combining humour, music and familiar moments from The Julekalender in a festive Christmas experience in Herning.
