Vavasgaard in Tversted

Vavasgaard is a unique place where you can experience contemporary art at Galleri Valeur and enjoy dinner at the restaurant VAVAS with Chef Vastardis, or have a glass of wine in the salon with homemade charcuterie.

Vavasgaard is run by a Danish/Greek couple. The artist Mikala Valeur has exhibited in museums, biennales, and galleries both domestically and internationally. Chef Vastardis runs the kitchen, trained in France, has been a head chef at several places in Copenhagen, and before that, traveled the world as a chef.

Information for dining guests: Reservations for "Verdensmad" on Thursdays or "Dinner à la Chef" from Friday to Sunday. Drop-in charcuterie & wine salon.
