Vital Festival - Tranekaer Center

The VITAL Festival is an invitation to get closer to the body, to the present moment, and to what gives us life. Through yoga, somatic practices, movement, music and community, a space is created where people can settle in, feel and explore their own vitality.

The festival follows the natural rhythm of the tree – from roots to fruit. A journey that moves from grounding and inner connection to creative expression, connection and celebration. Yoga is a common thread, where both calm and dynamic practices open the way to greater bodily awareness, regulation of the nervous system and a deeper experience of being present.

VITAL is based on the understanding that development happens in relationship. Inspired by Ubuntu – “I am because we are” – the festival invites you to a community where we reflect each other and grow together.

The programme brings together teachers and facilitators in yoga, movement, creativity, ceremonial practices and bodily immersion. A living ecosystem of experiences, where every element supports a more connected and vibrant way of being human.
