Mushroom Week cook-off / charity dinner
Once again this year, you can experience seven of the region's best kitchen teams as they create their own mushroom-based dishes for this unique evening
Seven of the region's best kitchen teams from Ho Kro, Café Stranden, Hr. Skov, Høfde4, Arnbjerg Pavillonen, Dine & Wine og Nymindegab Kro will each prepare their own dish based on mushrooms for this unique evening. The proceeds will be donated to competitions for culinary students at Rybners in Esbjerg.
Seven fantastic dishes with a specially selected wine menu for DKK 1,500.
The tickets are highly sought after and are quickly snapped up. As something new this year, we have decided to organise a raffle. Interested parties can enter the draw and get the opportunity to buy a ticket.
