Orø Strandcamping – Beach Camping on Orø Island

The ice cream house serves waffle cones from Isøre, available lactose- and gluten-free as well, along with good coffee, beer and soft drinks.

If you are hungrier than that, restaurant Matildas serves food built around local, organic vegetables.

You can park the caravan or pitch your tent at Orø Strandcamping.

If you have no tent of your own, you can rent a glamping tent right down by the water, or one with a large terrace and a view of the aurochs in the animal park. If you would rather sleep in a cabin, Orø Strandcamping offers A-frame cabins, barrel cabins and hobbit cabins.
