Sailing route: Around Grenen - 44 km

Try this route around Denmark's northernmost point, Skagen, where you'll find some of the best beaches in Denmark.

The route runs from Ålbæk to Kandestederne and you may be lucky enough to meet seals, porpoises and many different birds along the way. It is almost possible to haul the kayak onto the beach everywhere along the route, so there are plenty of opportunities for a swim on the beautiful beaches.

The route is 44 km long and can be divided into three stages with stops in Gl. Skagen and at Skagen Sea Kayak Club. The trip can be enjoyed all year round with the correct attire.
Please note that kayaking is prohibited in Skagen harbor.
