Thy Column - "Teutone Column"
Hurup Thy's landmark "The Teutoner Pillar" is a 7 meter high stoneware pillar with crescent signs and words.

The 7 meter tall stoneware column, with a crescent on top, was created by sculptor Erik Nyholm (1909 - 1990), and stands at the easterly entrance to Hurup town.
